DAWN RAIDS

Morning Sessions (6:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
6:00 AM - Warrior's Wake Mon/Wed/Fri

Functional strength training to kickstart your day. We're talking squats, deadlifts, and enough kettlebell work to make your ancestors proud.

Led by: Commander Erik "The Iron Wall"

7:30 AM - Sword & Shield Basics Tue/Thu

Perfect for newcomers. You'll learn proper stance, basic strikes, and how to not whack yourself in the shin with a training sword.

Led by: Knight-Captain Sarah "Stormbreaker"

9:00 AM - Fortress Bootcamp Daily

High-intensity circuit that'll have you crawling, climbing, and carrying stuff around like you're defending an actual castle. No joke, this one's brutal.

Led by: Sergeant Marcus "The Hammer"

10:30 AM - Battle-Ready Cardio Mon/Wed/Fri

Conditioning that actually makes sense. Sprint drills, agility ladders, and endurance work that'll prep you for anything.

Led by: Ranger Lily "Swift Arrow"

MIDDAY CONQUESTS

Afternoon Sessions (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
12:15 PM - Longsword Mastery Tue/Thu/Sat

This ain't your beginner class. We're doing advanced techniques, sparring drills, and actual HEMA principles. Bring your A-game.

Led by: Master Bladesmith Johann "Ironfist"

1:30 PM - Knight's Endurance Mon/Wed/Fri

Long-form cardio meets resistance training. Think battle ropes, sled pushes, and enough rowing to cross the English Channel twice.

Led by: Commander Erik "The Iron Wall"

3:00 PM - Axe & Mace Combat Wed/Sat

Heavy weapon training for those who like to smash things. You'll build serious grip strength and shoulder stability while learning historical techniques.

Led by: Berserker Thorin "Skullcrusher"

4:15 PM - Youth Warriors (Ages 12-17) Tue/Thu

Specially designed for the younger crowd. We keep it safe but challenging, teaching discipline, technique, and building confidence through combat training.

Led by: Knight-Captain Sarah "Stormbreaker"

TWILIGHT BATTLES

Evening Sessions (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
5:30 PM - After-Work Warriors Mon-Fri

Our most popular slot. Mixed training that rotates between weapons, strength work, and cardio. Perfect way to decompress after sitting at a desk all day.

Led by: Sergeant Marcus "The Hammer"

6:45 PM - Full Contact Sparring Tue/Thu

Advanced members only. We suit up in full protective gear and go at it. This is where you test everything you've learned under real pressure.

Led by: Master Bladesmith Johann "Ironfist"

7:15 PM - Fortress Bootcamp Mon/Wed/Fri

Same intensity as the morning session, different crowd. If you've got energy left after work, we'll help you burn through it real quick.

Led by: Ranger Lily "Swift Arrow"

8:00 PM - Open Training Hall Fri/Sat

No structured class - just open gym time. Work on your own stuff, practice with training partners, or get some coaching time. Members only.

WEEKEND SPECIAL EVENTS

Saturday Siege Workshops

Time: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2 hours)

Deep dive sessions on specific topics. This week we're covering quarterstaff techniques and their practical applications. Next week it's grappling for weapons-based combat.

Led by: Visiting Master Instructors

Sunday Warrior Wellness

Time: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Recovery-focused session with mobility work, stretching, and injury prevention. Doesn't sound exciting, but trust me, your body needs this after a week of beating it up.

Led by: Healer Emilia "The Mender"
